Kelly Hale

Kelly is closing in on 35 years as a registered patent attorney, including 10 years as Managing Director and Assistant General Counsel at Broadcom.

Kelly’s practice brings a rare mix of technical fluency (inventor on 26+ issued patents) and deep expertise in guiding patent strategy, licensing, and portfolio development on a global scale. Over his career, Kelly has been responsible for preparing and prosecuting thousands of patent applications, along with shaping portfolios used in high-stakes licensing and billion-dollar settlements.

Kelly has prepared and filed patent applications in a variety of fields, including communications electronics, semiconductor devices and processing, AI-enabled imaging, signal processing, hyperspectral imaging, 3D projection holography, spatial computing for AR/VR and next-gen displays, artificial intelligence, adaptive optics and bio-integrated systems.
