Nathan Carle

Nathan began his career in New York at global law firms for nearly a decade before relocating to California. During his career, Nathan has developed a broad ranging business litigation practice. He has achieved out-sized results for both plaintiffs and defendants in trials, arbitrations, and mediations across numerous industries including finance, consumer goods, manufacturing, and real estate development and investment.

Since moving to a litigation boutique platform, Nathan has time and again achieved success against larger firms at trial and arbitration, often when representing parties with fewer resources than their adversaries. As such, Nathan is relied upon both as an advocate in the court room in high stakes cases and as a trusted advisor to negotiate and resolve contentious issues in complex business disputes of all kinds. Nathan graduated from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Columbia Law School, where he was twice a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.

He is admitted to practice law in California and New York.
