Evelyn Escamilla

Evelyn is an associate specializing in intellectual property matters, with a focus on patent litigation and prosecution.  With a technical background in physics, Evelyn brings a deep understanding of complex technologies to her practice.

Evelyn is a licensed member of the Patent Bar, having prosecuted patent applications relating to optical lenses and digital data processing.  In addition to her patent practice, Evelyn has worked on litigation matters involving telecommunications and computer networking. She represents clients in business disputes and trade secret protection matters. 

Prior to joining the firm, Evelyn worked on trademark brand protection and trademark prosecution. During law school, Evelyn externed for the Honorable John W. Holcomb of the United States District Court for the Central District of California. She also externed for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California in the Criminal Division.
