David Sarfati

David has extensive legal experience counseling parties when bringing or defending against high-stakes "bet the company" litigation. His areas of practice include business litigation, securities, mass torts, and employment. He also leads the Firm's trust and estates litigation practice. David has achieved tremendous outcomes for his clients, winning and defending against multimillion-dollar claims.

He started his career at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP in New York and later honed his litigation skills in some of California’s most elite boutique firms, like Hueston Hennigan LLP. Those experiences enable David to deliver top-quality legal services to his clients without the waste and overhead often associated with major firms. Accordingly, he regularly represents clients against those major organizations and achieves successful results at a fraction of the cost.  David is also a go-to source on pre-litigation dispute resolution, successfully negotiating beneficial resolutions for both Plaintiffs and Defendants without the need for costly and time-consuming litigation.

David is admitted to practice law in California and New York.
